The machine is suitable for foodstuff, pesticide, medicine, daily chemical etc industries. Different dosing methods will be adopted according to liquid, powder, granules, viscous products. Packing volume is accurate.

Characteristic

Frequency Variable speed system: The machine adopts imported motor and inverter; it can also run stable when overload changed a lot.

Pre-formed pouch feeding system: The machine can automatically grip bags and fix its position. The system is linked and coordinated by mechanical coupling and programmable logic controller (PLC). Therefore, it is suitable for different kinds of products and sizes of bag.

Final Product Packing system: The packaging materials (polyethylene film, multi-layer film) is made of heat sealed film. The machine can automatically grip bag, open bag, blow bag, fill, and seal. Users can choose different filling forms for different packaging products.

Integrated Control System: The control system is consisted of PLC and frequency converter. The machine adopts imported photoelectric sensor, encoder, proximity switch and touch screen, in order to make the operation of the machine more reliable and convenient
