KVEP Eyedrop automatic production line consists of automatic bottle unscrambler, vertical type bottle washing machine, hot air circulating oven/dryer, eyedrop bottle filling, stoppering and capping machine, vertical labeling machine. Which could accomplish bottle unscrambling, water and air cleaning, sterilizing and drying, filing, stoppering, capping and labeling process, it is mainly used for eyedrop liquid and other small dosage solution packing production, which could work alone.

Automatic bottle unscrambler adopts the updated design, so long as to put bottles into bucket unorderly , the machine could unscramble them orderly and convey them to next process
Vertical bottle washing machine is designed and researched specially for eyedrop, which is suitable for 2-30ml plastic bottles, which adopts mechanical hand to nip bottle, rotate it to 180 degree, bottle nozzle is downward, which will be moved with rotary disc, which will be blown and washed by water and air (2 water 1 air or 3 water 2 air), cleaning technic is reasonable, high level cleaning grade, less water consumption and high efficiency.
Hot air circulating oven. Which could sterilize the bottle, convey it to next process.
Eyedrop Filling, stoppering and capping machine is the forth product of my company, it adopts HMI and PLC controller, servo controls dosing, vacuum mechanical hands hold stopper, which assure the capping rate and stoppering rate, there is an individual fiber sensor on each station, the machine stops automatically while no filling without bottle, no capping without stopper. The mould replacement is tool-free.
