INTRODUCTION

This machine is used for in feeding nitrogen and medicine to and sealing up of ampoules. Ampoules come from a wire net belt at the input end and are transferred by a spiral pusher. When filling, the position of the ampoule mouth is fixed by a mechanical hand and the medicine is fixed by a metal pump and eight ampoules can be filled at a time. Each medicine pump has a mechanism to stop pumping whenever the ampoule is not in position. The mouth of the ampoule is sealed up by stretching the glass neck of the ampoule. The control system uses a programmable controller for monitoring. Machine operation is monitored by various built-in sensors to ensure the safety of personnel and machine. The filling and sealing operations are carried out in the area protected by 100 grade laminar flow.
