Materials and components used are very carefully selected to comply with medical requirements. The machine complex for cleaning, drying, filling and sealing of ampoule consists of three separate machines the cleaning machine, the drying and sterilizing machine and the filling and sealing machine. Oral liquid automatic production line consists of the cleaning machine, the drying and sterilizing machine and the oral liquid filling and capping machine. The function of the cleaning machine is ultrasonic cleaning of medical bottles, the drying and sterilizing machine which can be set at any level below 350¡æ,uses for infra-red heating elements to dry and sterilize ampoules at high temperatures. The filling and sealing machine is used to fill ampoules with nitrogen or medicine and stretch the glass to seal up ampoule necks. The oral liquid filling and capping machine is used to fill oral liquid bottles with nitrogen or medicine and capping.
The machine complex is of standard and serial design and easy to install, operate and maintain.
The patent right of the cleaning machine and outward design of the drying and sterilizing machine is reserved.

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIRMENTS

1. The cleanliness of the operation room of the washing machine and filling and sealing machine should be 100,000 grade, and the cleanliness of the operation room should be 10,000 grade.
2. Piping for coal gas, water, air and waste water drainage should be available in operation room.
3. Combustion gas, oxygen, nitrogen and clean compressed air are to be used by the equipment.
4. Deionized water and distilled water are to be used by the equipment.
