Application Scope:

1.Chemical Industry: chemical raw material and pharmaceutical raw material.

3. Bacteria-free processing: It is suitable for processing medicine and food under Bacteria-free condition, such as injection medicine.

Introduction:

The main components of this machine are as follows: stainless steel container, stirring system, lifting on and lowing down mechanism, hydraulic cylinder, base (fixed or removable), heating equipment, driving system, filtering plate( sintering plate, filtering cloth), discharging equipment, sampling device, support and control system, it realize the electro-mechanical  integrity.

Characteristics:

(1)  Filtering: under the high pressure or vacuum conditions, to realize the separation of liquid and solid, the filtering cake is very even and separation is very good.

(2)  Cleaning: inside the container, there is specially made revolving and spraying device, so the cleaning water will be distributed in the container evenly, it can clean the material or the container itself. Through the lifting on and lowing down of the agitator, the filtering cake and the cleaning water will mix together, so the pulp like turbid and suspension liquid will be cleaned very well.

(3)  Drying: the filtering cake was scraped loose step by step by the agitator paddle, the heating system will heat the filtering cake with hot air evenly under the vacuum condition, it will speed up the vaporing to realize the drying purpose.

(4)  Discharging: the material was scraped by the agitator paddle and through the driving of the paddle, the material will be discharged from the discharge chute at the flank of the container.
