Applications:

• This machine is applied to production of non—ferrous metal alloys such as AL, ZN, Cu etc . It is specially designed for mass serial production of medium and small size of the castings in the industries of aviation, automobile, electrical apparatus, and household hardware etc, as well as for producing high-quality castings with complicated profiles and thin walls.
• This machine adopts programmable controller for automatic control, hydraulic drive as its transmission system ,magnifying force mechanism with doble toggles for reliable die-locking force. Its injection system has three-phase hydraulic system of injection and intensified pressure. The fastest injection velocity is more than 5m/s and min, built-up time less than 30ms which can widely meet the requirements for die-casting.Two working pattern of manual and cycling are available for selection.
