Applications:

• This machine can be applied for batch production of big sized castings with non—ferrous metal alloys such as AL, ZN, Cu etc .in the industries of aero plane, marine, automobile, electrical apparatus, instruments, oil &chemical and hardware manufacturing.
• It adopts programmable controller for automatic control, hydraulic drive as its transmission system and toggle mechanism for die closing. The 4-phase injection system is offered for fast injection speed, up to more than 5m/s, and shortest built-up time less than 30ms ,and individual control of injection and pressure intensification is possible. All parameters for injection may be adjusted separately against the requirements of producing qualified castings with complicated profiles, thin walls and pressure fesistances.
