Applications:

• This machine can be applied for batch production of big sized castings with non—ferrous metal alloys such as AL, ZN, Cu etc .in the industries of aero plane, marine, automobile, electrical apparatus, instruments, oil &chemical and hardware manufacturing.
• It adopts programmable controller for automatic control, hydraulic drive as its transmission system and toggle mechanism for die closing. A hydraulic central ejector is mounted on the mobbing platen and both moving and fixed platens are equipped with hydraulic core extractors. The die height is adjusted by a mechanical device while an advanced injection system with pressure intensifier is supplied to realize a faster injection with max, speed up to more than 5m/s and min, built-up time less than 30ms which can widely meet the requirements for die-casting.
• Two working pattern of manual and cycling are available for selection. Owing to its reliable operation and excellent performances this type of die casting machine has played a leading role within our country.
