General Description

J2101A offset press is composed of five units(automatic feed, inking, dampening, printing and delivery). The feeder automatically feeds paper, through the feed board into cylinder for printing. The final print is transferred to the delivery board by the chain train. Now one color printing has been completed.

The feeder is equipped with a cycling pile table with non-stop piling, A double sheet and no sheet detector is fitted on the feed board. As soon as double sheets and the other faults occur. The feeding is stopped and the cylinder is disengaged by a jack stay mechanism which is outside of the press wall easy to service, the inking system and dampening system are very simple in construction, easy to adjust, The press uses a simple ink through simple to operate and flesible to use.
