Put the washing-free rubber plug in the gray and push it in the
machine,start the PLC program controller.press the but ton,the net-shaped
tray begins to go down to the water channel water to the washing
port,the rubber plug and the aluminum cap are immersed in water.At
that time,the water in the channel rolles up and down,under ther
solenoid of pressure,to wash away dirt on the surface of the plug
and cap.After several minutes, discharge solenoid valve is start
and dirty water is discharged.Then therubberplugs and aluminum caps
are take out.The whole cleaning course is proceeded for several
times,the cleaning times and time are to be set with PLC program
according to the extent of cleanliness. |
