Summary

This machine is widely used for mixing and granulating drying of powder material such as granule of tablets, quick solved drinking, granule of condiments, in pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, chemical industry, agricultural and side line products and so on.
This machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard of GB 12254-90: Boiling granulator for medicines and on the basis of comprehensive the operation condition of same products both at home and abroad.

Principle of work

The fresh air is sucked through the inlets of filter and heater by fan and purified and heated. Then it passes through from low screen of granulator. The air stream with high speed maintains raw material suspending and forms stable fluidized-bed. The solution that acts as an adhesive is sent to sprayer through infusion pump and sprayed to the powder and makes powder agglomerate porous granule. After the granule is formed, dry it in the drier in accordance with the predicated period. The air containing damp passes through static proof filtering bag where catches the powder dust and exhausts out.
The method of boiling and granulating is a comprehensive fruit of spraying and fluidizing technology. It makes traditional mixing, granulating and drying processes finish in the same closed container. So it is called as "one step" granulator.
