in the instructions manual.
BRIFE
- The reverse osmose technology relies
on the pressure action more than osmotic pressure and completes the
filtering by use of the capillary action of the membrane.
- The processing techniques of reverse
osmose technology include 3 parts: pretreatment, membrane assembly
connection techniques, and after-treatment.
- Pretreatment techniques: Intended to
improve the quality of treated water, prevent the fomites in such
water from any damages on the membrane, and prolong the service life
of membrane, so as to cut down the operating costs.
- Assembly connection way: Usually divided
to 1-level and multi-level connections.(Mainly)1-level&multisection
is that the inflow liquid go through membrane separation after pressurizing
at one go; and 2-level separation needs the membrane separation to
be done after pressurizing twice.
- After-treatment techniques; Membrane-permeated
water is alternatively termed as freshwater, i.e. the outflow water
permeating from the reserve penetration membrane through pressurizing.
Since it is not possible for the membrane to hold back all the inorganic
matters, the permeated water is bound to contain some ions and gas
such as Na+?HCO3-?co2 ETC. As a Result, if such water is to be prepared
into highly purified water, it is then necessary to employ after-treatment
such as ionic exchange and degassing tower.
- The reverse osmose method delivers
a high desalination rate, low operating costs and is able to get rid
of bacteria from cells, intracellular toxin and other organic matters.
Thus it has been.
Widely applied in desalination of seawater bitter salt water, preparation
of the drinkable water for food-stuffs industry and purified water
in pharmaceutical industry. To summarize, this method is especially
suited to those trades that require both sterilization & getting
rid of particles and desalination.
