1. General

 This machine is suitable for cleaning ampoules, from 2-20 ml and all other kinds of medicine bottles up to 100 ml. It is of stable functions, convenient maintenance, and both for independent operation or in combination with oven. It is automatic design and cleaning quality meets GMP requirement.

2. Process Flow

 Put the tray full of ampoules into the machine, it will spray water automatically.

 When the star-up signal is displayed, press the microprocessor-based PLC button, the trays will be immersed into water under the action of a tray-pushing cylinder, and the ampoule will be washed by ultrasonic wave under the ultrasonic transducer for about 2 minutes, then tray enters a disk and turn over for 180 degrees, then the ampoules leave the water with their mouths downward, and now the external walls of the ampoules are sprayed and washed. About 2 seconds later, under the action of a cylinder, the ampoules are placed a position where their internal walls are washed by circulating water and air for 3 times (the washing time can be set according to demands), then the ampoules enter the vacuum area to remove the residual water. After that the ampoules are conveyed into the tunnel of oven.
