Summary:
It is a new type of granulation machine combining technique of spray drying and fluid bed granulation. It utilizes negative pressure hot air flow to dry the liquid in spray chamber and the liquid on materials very fast, and also agglutinate them together into granules. The size of granules can be controlled by adjusting parameter.
Features:
Combines spray, drying, mixing and granulation into one.
It makes granules with few assistant materials, small dosage amount, low sugar or sugar free.
Granules dissolved instantly, drinking preparation easily dissolves out and tablets disintegrated easily.
Machine works at negative pressure with smooth and cleaning inside surface with out dead corner. It is convenient for cleaning to meet GMP requirements.
