Summary:

CWY Series multifunctional pilling coater is a multifunctional fiuid bed equipment that integrates pilling and coating with tangent spray, coating with bottom spray and granulation with top spray.

Tangent spray technique:
The material on the fluid bed is pushed upward by the hot air flow, with regular spin rolling movement inside of the specially designed container with the influences of centrifugation of the rotary plate, the air flow back and the gravity. The liquid sprayed at a tangent direction to make the material into core of pills, coated by powder from tangent sprayer to achieve required tighten fine pellets.

Top spray technique:
The material on the fluid bed forms upward flowing state pushed by the hot air flow, then combined into granules gradually by the liquid sprayed from upward, and irregular granules will be achieved after drying.

Bottom spray technique:
The material is pushed upward from the bottom of the flow leading tube by hot air flow and sprayed back, coating liquid is sprayed from bottom of the flow leading tube, coatonto the materials moved in the same direction to achieve the coating.
