Usage:

HD series multi-directional motions mixer is a new-type high-efficiency mixing equipment meticulously designed and manufactured through absorption in medicine (traditional Chinese and western raw material medicine and preparation ), chemical engineering(chemical raw materials, dye, paint), light industry (food, plastics), and agriculture(seed treatment, feed additive) where different materials need to be mixed.

Features:

As HDA Series multi-directional motions mixer has its unique movement mechanism, the mixing barrel can make multi-directional movement in X-Y-Z three-dimensional space, so its mixing effects is much better.
This machine has following features:
2.1 Good mixing effect and short mixing time. The evenness of mixing reaches above 99 percent.
2.2 Great loading factor. The loading factor of drains can reach 85 percent.
2.3 Low height and small rotating space. It usually does not need skip floor.
2.4 Special design of mixing barrel, easy charging and discharging of material, no dead corner, no residue.

3. Working principle
The mixing barrel of HD series multi-directional motions mixer is supported by the driving and driven shafts which are crossed in space and also vertical to each other, and are respectively connected by Y-type universal joints. When the driving shafts is turning, the mixing barrel rotates while making upward, left and right, forward and backward swings at a speed four times that of rotation. The materials being mixed under the action of frequent and rapid ruffle carry out
inter-material diffusion, flow and shear, so that the materials shift from a separated state to mutual blending. Moreover, the rolling-over movement of the mixing barrel in turn makes materials mixing under the action of no centrifugal force, thus further reducing the specific-gravity segregation and ensuring the mixture to reach and ideal mixing within a short time
