Fluidized bed is an optimum drying facility. In the process of fluidization, the particles are suspended in air; the surface of particles has complete contact with thermal air and obtains optimum heat exchange condition. Thus to give even heating to particles and evaporate the residue of water content, thus to avoid partial overheat. In the condition of material temperature slightly higher than room temperature, higher air inlet temperature can be adopted to accelerate drying speed.
