CSP800 & CSP800A Rotary Tablet Press Machine is mainly used for pharmacy industry, but it is also fit for use in the chemical, foodstuff, electronic, metallurgy, and article of everyday use industry. It can press almost any kind of raw material into any kind of tablets: circular tablet, abnormal shaped tablet, graphical tablet, double sided letter tablet, and it can even redesign the tablet to cope with the user’s need. The 800 series is especially suitable for the pharmaceutical R&D center; university labs; and hospitals and drug stores that requires a large-scale production.

Functional Parameter

1) Each Tablet is within 1% of the average tablet weight (Pharmacopeias 2%)
2) Single tablet weight difference:
Below 0.3g, ±5% (Pharmacopeias 7.5%);
Over: 0.3g, ±3% (Pharmacopeias 5%)
3) Final product percentage of pass: Over 99%
4) Die disc combination and every part which contact with the raw material are all made of stainless steel to avoid rusting
5) Upper and lower punch holes has adopted oil-impregnated bearing with special oil and dust prevention unit
6) Production output can be adjusted continuously and the machine comes with an upper and lower limit control function. At the same time it also can realize that the machine uses half of the dies to produce.

Mechanical Section

1) The main power and transmission system uses main motor and synchronization gear to drive the deceleration unit, which drives the main axle and the die disc combination. The motor it self has adopted a frequency converter to achieve continuous control over production speed;
