HDJ-100 roller type light inspection machine can be used for examining the inject able powder, biochemical product and oral liquid in pharmaceutical, biochemical and health care industry. The bottles are conveyed by roller chain which is driven by speed adjusting motor. It runs stably and its speed can be adjusted steplessly. It is used for the inspection of round shape bottle to reject the unqualified product. It is the ideal equipment for light inspection in the production line. This machine fully comply with GMP regulations and requirements.

Main Feature:

Conveyer line is the connection apparatus of production linkage line, is mainly suitable for the connection of every apparatus. This conveyer line is made of the high-quality stainless steel, the material of conveyer chain board is the poly formaldehyde or PVC green annular belt, arc transition among the conveyer belt adopt the polytetrafluoroethylene surround the sides, reduce the friction among the bottle wall and bottle bottom and apparatus. Take advantages such as operation is steady, has not jumpiness, not converse bottle.
