Details:
1、Connection between the crankshaft and bed as well as the percussion rod all adopts the world-class SKF bearing for assortment, which is of small friction, quick and fiexible operation and saving power.
2、 Being cast by adopting the nodular cast iron with alloy contained in the bed, therefore possessing high tensile strength and favorable wear-resistance.
3、The main slide of six-station desk uses the T-type design, thereforethe movement of the slide is much steadier together with one more formed station compared with the five-station, which is more beneficial to process more high-accurate and complex-formed products.
4、The side of main silde adopts the adjustable design to ensure the operation accuracy under the long-term usage.
5、 The cropping system uses the guide board to drive the cutting holder,and the guide board reciprocates and the cut off force transmits directly,which is kind of high-powered,stable and good dynamic balance.
6、Equipped with the pneumatic braking, it is fiexible to control and convenient to debug.
7、 Configured by the fault detection device and safety protection device, if the equipment is out of order, it will be shutdown automatically, providing a maximum protection to the equipment and tools mode.
8、Installed with the backstop equipment in the feeding box to improve the feeding accruacy.
