Working Principle

The double-color rotary tablet press is equipped with two independent feeding systems. Two different powders are successively filled into the die cavity. The first material is pre-compressed, then the second raw material is added. After main compression, finished double-layer or two-color tablets are formed. The rotary turret rotates continuously to complete feeding, pre-pressing, main pressing and tablet discharging automatically.
